Abstract： With the rapid development of network technology and multimedia processing technology， e-commerce short videos have become an important means of displaying and promoting products. As a key factor in enhancing the attractiveness and visual appeal of videos， special effects cannot be achieved without the support of multimedia processing technology. The article explores the application of multimedia processing technology in the implementation of e-commerce short video special effects， in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for related practices.
