摘要：随着各运营商5G网络建设布局基本完成，5G网络迎来精准规划、按需建设的阶段，通过“锱铢必较”降低建设成本是提高收益的最主要的手段。该文就5G宏基站造价的构成、关键指标、影响要素及管控手段进行了分析，为5G宏基站建设投资管控提供一些参考。

Analysis of Cost Control Elements for 5G Macro Base Stations

Abstract： With the basic completion of 5G construction layout by various operators， 5G networks have entered a stage of precise planning and on-demand construction. The most important way to increase revenue is to reduce construction costs through the practice of "comparing every penny". This article analyzes the composition， key indicators， influencing factors， and control measures of the cost of 5G macro base stations， providing some reference for investment control in 5G macro base station construction.
