Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomy，railwayplaysanimportantroleinthe transportationofgods，especialybulkcommodities，toenterprisesandports.Thededicatedlinesconecting enterprises，portsandrailsnaturalybecomethe“capilaries”nextothemainlines.Thebasisoftheoperation ofdedicatedlineistheincome.Howtostrengthentheoperationalmanagementofdedicatedlineisofgreat significancetotheincreaseofrailwayfreighttransportationandincome，andfreightvolumeisthekeyfactor afectingtransportationincomeandsocialbenefit.Thispaperdeplyanalyzestheproblemsthatrestrictthe transportationorganizationofdedicatedlines，suchasunevenprofesionalqualityofemployes，relativelyold equipmentandfacilities，increasingly bad surounding environment，unscientific andimperfectsafety management，etc.Itputsforwardsomereasonablesugestionssuchasenhancingtheprofesionalqualityof enterprisepersonel，spedinguptheupgradingofequipment，improvingtheexternalenvironmentof dedicated lines， optimizing the safety management mode， etc.， so as to provide scientific guidance for strengtheningtheoperationalmanagementofdedicatedlines.
