Abstract:Therailvehiclebasebearstheresponsibilityfortheoperationandupkepofvehicles,and materialcontrolservesasthefoundationfortheseamles progres ofthedailyoperationsandmaintenanceof thevehiclebase.Giventhe roblemsthatthematerialdemandcanotberesondedtoinrealtimeand reasonablycontroledduringthedailymaintenanceofthevehiclebase,athre-levelwarehousingschemeis proposed.UsingtechnologiesliketheInternetofThings,automaticidentification,etc.,the material alocation,acquisition,transportationandcontrolmethodsinthemaintenanceareoptimized.Acordingtothe characteristicsofdiferentmaintenanceprocesesofthevehiclebase,inteligenttransportationandcontrol tolssuchasinteligentverticalwarehouse withdistributionsystem,rail-side warehouseandintegrated operationplatformaresetuptoensurethesmothprogres ofthemaintenanceoperation;finaly,proces simulationtechnologyisusedtosimulatethematerialcontrollinkofthetraininspectionoperation.The simulationisconductedbasedonthetrainarivalanddeparturemodelbuiltacordingtostatisticaldata,with thehelpoftheTecnomatixPlantSimulationproces simulationplatform,theproces pathandoperation requirementsaretakenasboundaryconditions,andthenumberofoperatorsandAGVsasvariables.
