Abstract:Thetractionjointdebugingtestbenchisimportantforthetractionsystemofrailvehiclesto shiftfromresearchanddevelopmenttoindustrialization.Atpresent,eachsystemofdomestictractionjoint debugingtestbenchisrelativelyindependent.Tocompletethetypetestandcombinationtestoftraction systems,severalsubsystemsareusualycontroledmanualyfordataacquisitionandtestreportgeneration. Thereareoftenproblemssuchasloweficiency,largeerorandnon-standardtestmethods.Inordertoreduce theprobabilityoferorintroducedbymanualoperationandimprovetheconsistencyandstandardizationof test,thispaperproposesafulyautomaticstandardtestbenchfortractionsystem.Thistestbenchstrictly folowsthestandardGB/T2512.1—2010PowerConvertersInstaledonBoardRolingStockandGB/T 2517—2020CombinedTestMethodforTractionSystems.Thetestsystem,acompanyingtestsystem,data acquisitionsystem,testoling,etc.areefectivelyintegratedthroughthenetwork,andcordinatedcontrolis cariedoutbyloadingtesttemplates,matchingspecifictesttoling,andconductingtestsacordingtopreset testprocedures.Thetestbenchisusedtocompletethepre-factorytestoftractionsystems,whichcanmake thetestunmaned,improvethetesteficiency,ensurethestandardizationandconsistencyofthetest, facilitateproductaceptance,andefectivelyimprovetheindustrializationspedoftheproduct.
