Abstract:Tosolvethedificultyofdiagnosisintheproces oftrainoperationandcommisioningdueto redundant output control fault of input and output module (IOM),a fast diagnosis system for high-speed EMUIOMbasedonSpringBot + Vuefrontandbackendseparationframeworkisdeveloped.Thissystemis conectedwiththenetworkofthetestedvehiclebyanindustrialnotebokequipedwithanetworkinterface card, and the back end interprets and executes a pre-compiled configuration file containing the logic relationshipofIOMchanelsforthewholenetwork.Thedigitaloutput(DO)controlsignalissenttothe vehicleIOMthroughthenetworkandthecorespondingdigitalinput(DI)signalisdetectedtodetermine whethertheinput/output(IO)chanelisnormal.ThetestprocesinteractswiththefrontendinHtpand WebSocketmode,recordsthetestresultsandgeneratesatestreport.Thissystem metsthetechnical requirementsofIOM fastdiagnosisofdiferentnetworkarchitecturesofECN and MVB,andhasthe advantagesofhigheficiency,inteligenceanddatatraceability.Thefieldtestinadomesticcarbuildershows thatthissystemcanquicklydiagnosisthecorectnes ofthefunctionsofinputandoutputmodulesonthe vehiclenetworkduringtraindebuging,andgreatlyspedupthedebugingprogres ofhigh-spedEMUs.
