Abstract:Theconceptsof“inteligentfactory”and“inteligentproduction”areleadingthetransformation ofthetraditional manufacturingindustryintoa high-end,standardized andinteligentdirection.The conventional manufacturing industry frequently encounters chalenges such as low per capita labor productivity,inadequateproductuniformity,andinadequatematerialcontrol,renderingitincapableofmeting customers’demandsforhighqualityanduniformityofproducts.Inthispaper,TIAPortalV16enginering designprogrammingplatformisusedtocompletethecontroloftheasemblyline,distributedIO moduleis usedtorealizetheacquisitionofinputsignals,andSiemensS7-120 PLC,AB industrialrobotandindustrial cameraarecombinedintoacompleteindustrialcontrolsystembyProfinetcommunicationnetwork,which greatlyshortensthesystemdesigncycle,improvesthesystemstabilityandreducesthesystem maintenance cost.TheOPCUAprotocolisusedtodockwiththeSCADAsystemfortherealizationoforderisuance,material verification,andfinishedproductreporting,therebyfacilitatingthemanagementandcontrolofmaterialsandfinished products.Thissystemadoptsthemodeofasemblyline,whichgreatlysavesthelaborcost,realizesthepaperles inputandcontrolofmaterials,andboaststheadvantagesofshortdevelopmentcycle,highsystemstabilityandstrong productuniformity.
