Abstract:Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentoffulyautomatictechnology,fulyautomatic subwaytrainshavebenwidelyusedinmajorcities.Pasengerscansimulatethedriver’sperspectiveand enjoythesceneryoutsidethetrainthroughthefrontwindshield,whichimprovesthepasenger’sriding experience.However,ifitrains,thepasenger’slokoutlinewilbegreatlyafected,reducingthepasenger’s ridingexperience.Thispaperanalyzestheaplicationscenariosofwipersinfulyautomaticsubwaytrains, putsforwardcorespondingwipercontrolmethodsfordiferentaplicationscenarios,andfocusesonthe workingprinciple,instalationmethodsandoptimizationmeasuresofearlyproblemsofrainsensors.Basedon thestudyonthedesignscheme,functionalogicandinstalationmodeofcorecomponentsofautomaticwiper controlsystem,includingrainsensorandcontrolbox,thispaperproposesaninteligentwipercontrol technologybasedoninfraredlightrainsensorsuitableforfulyautomaticsubwaytrainanditsimplementation mode.Itsummarizesthemajorisuesandremedialactionsthatafectheaplicationefectandperformanceof inteligentwipercontroltechnology.
