Abstract:Withtheincreasin mileaeofrailvehicles,theiroerationalsafet hasbencomromised. Howtoensurethestableoperationofrailvehicleshasbecomeakeyindicatorofindustrydevelopment,andit isveryimportantforthequalityofrailvehicleequipment.Therefore,theupgradingofrailvehicleequipment productionandtheintegrationofinteligenceandtraditionalmanufacturingarebecoming moreand more importantandnedtobesolvedurgently.Thispaperputsforwardaninteligent-informationproduction equipmentsuitablefortheasemblyandtestingproces ofbrakevalvesforrailvehicles.Firstly,thebasic hardwarearchitectureandsuportingsoftwarefunctionsoftheequipmentaresystematicalypresented. Secondly,twokeytechnologiesoftheequipment,namely,integratedstructuredesignandasemblymaterial management,areexpoundedindetail.Compared withthetraditionalproduction mode,thesetwokey technologiesnotonlyimprovetheleanes ofequipment,butalsoimprovetheasemblyqualityofproducts. Thisprovidesreliableexperienceforthestructuraldesignandasemblymaterialmanagementofinteligent manufacturingequipment,andhaspositivesignificanceforthetransformationofbrakevalveproductionmode.

近年来,我国轨道交通行业发展迅速,据资料显示,截至202 年我国高铁里程已达到3.9万 km ,在线动车组390 多组[1],同时国内已有53个城市开通运营城市轨道交通,总线路接近30 条,运营里程接近1万 km[2] ,可以说轨道交通行业的发展极大地促进了国家经济的发展。(剩余5675字)
