Abstract：ThispaperproposesalifeasesmentmethodofEMULCDTVbasedonaceleratedtest.For thepurposeofevaluatingtheservicelifeofEMU LCD TV，theacelerateddegradationtestunderhigh temperatureandhumidityconditionsisdesigned.Byanalyzingthetestdata，thedegradation modeland reliablelifeofEMULCDTVundernormalworkingstres （temperature 25°C ，humidity 50% ，workingfor 18hourseverydayand30 daysayear）areobtained，whichcanbeusedasthebasisfordefiningregular maintenanceandinspectioncycleofEMULCDTVtoensurenormaloperation.
