Abstract:Thispaperintroducesthetechnicaldevelopmentproces ofurbanrailvehiclePIS,thekey technologiesofPISforurbanrailvehicleswithinteligentoperationandmaintenancesuportsystemandits aplicationrequirementsinthecurentoperatingenvironment,aswelasthenewvaluebroughtbynew technologiestooperatingcompaniesinthefieldofsmartoperationandmaintenance.Thispaperintroducesin detailthedevelopmentproces ofurbanrailvehiclePISunderthetripleguidanceofcontinuousupdatingof busines requirements,inovationintechnicalfields,andupgradingofoperationandmaintenancestandards; ThispaperdeplyanalyzesthetechnicaladvantagesofPISafterthetransformationfrom analogsystem architecturetodigitalsystemarchitecture,andcomparestheperformanceofthetwoarchitectures,andputs forwardthedesignconceptofPISforurbanrailvehicleswithinteligentoperationandmaintenancesuport system.Fromtheaspectsofdataacquisition,statusdetection,faultalarm,faultalert,healthasesment, optimizationofrepairandinspection,urbanrailvehiclePIS withinteligentoperationand maintenance functionsandcomprehensiveutilizationoflifecycledataisestablished.
