145份普通丝瓜种质资源农艺性状特征鉴定与评价

Abstract:Inorder to identifyandevaluate theagronomic traits of common Luff germplasmresources,145 common Luffa germplasmresources preserved inFujian Provincial KeyLaboratoryof VegetableGeneticsand Breeding wereusedas experimental materialsinthis study.Thegeneticdiversityanalysis,corelationanalysis,principalcomponentanalysisand clusteranalysis of15 agronomic traitsof145common Luffa germplasmresources werecarriedout.Theresults showed that theShannon-Wienerindex of15agronomictraits of145 common Luffa germplasm resources ranged from O to 2.289,with an average of1.322. The coefficient of variation ranged from O to 54.224% ,with an average of 26.298% .About 12 pairs of agronomic traits werein extremelysignificant positivecorrelation,and 11 pairsof agronomic traits were in extremely significant negative correlation.There were six principal components in 13 agronomic traits with good correlation.The main influencingfactorswere melon shape,melon surface characteristics,melon skin color,melon spot type,near melon pedicle shape and melon top shape,andthe cumulative contribution rate reached 71.569% . The 145 common Luff germplasm resources could be divided into three categories.Among them, thefirstcategory included 55 germplasmresources with medium fruit weight and length,such as LP-205,LP-213,LP218,etc.The secondcategory included 72 germplasm resources,and the fruits were cylindrical,smallandlight,such as LP-58,LP-123,LP-138,etc.The thirdcategory included18 germplasmresources withhigher fruit maturityandlongerand heavier fruits,such asLP-29,LP-39,LP-45,etc.Insummary,thediversityof agronomic traitsof145common Luffa germplasmresources isrich,whichcanprovidereferenceforgeneticimprovement,germplasm innovationandnewvariety breeding of common Luffa germplasm resources.

丝瓜(Luffa)又名天罗、水瓜,属葫芦科丝瓜属一年生攀缘植物,主要分布于温带和热带地区[1]目前,丝瓜的主要栽培种为普通丝瓜[Luffacylindri-ca(L.)Roem.]和有棱丝瓜[Luffaacutangula(L.)Roxb.],在中国广东、广西、、台湾、重庆、河南、湖南、湖北等地区广泛种植[2]。(剩余11480字)
