外源植物生长调节剂对大豆玉米带状间作茎秆抗倒伏性状及产量的影响

Abstract:To explore theefectsof diffrent exogenous plant growth regulators on stem lodging resistance and yield in a maize-soybean strip intercropping system,a study was conducted using Jiangyu 877 (maize)and Qihuang 34(soybean)under a“ 2+4 ”intercropping pattern.Three plant growth regulator treatments were set,namely ethephon at 700mg/L(A),paclobutrazol at 10O mg/L(B),and a combination of ethephon at 7O0 mg/L + paclobutrazol at 100mg/L(C),with water sprayingas the control(CK), tostudy their effects on stem morphology,breaking resistance,and yield. The results showed that ethephon treatmentsignificantly reduced maize plant height andear height,icreasedinternodestemdiameter,andimprovedbasal internodebreakingresistance,buthadnosignificant ffect onthelodging resistance morphology of soybeanstems.Incontrast,paclobutrazol significantlyenhanced soybean stem lodging-resistant morphology,butdidnotsignificantlyimpactmaizelodgingandrelatedtraits.Thecombined ethephonand paclobutrazol treatment integrated theadvantagesofboth regulators.Compared tothecontrol,thecombined treatment significantlyreduced plant height inmaizeandsoybean,increased the breaking resistance and stem densityof both crops,and improvedtheiryields.Inconclusion,ina maize-soybean intercropping system,the combined ethephonand paclobutrazol treatmentismoreeffectivethansingle-regulator treatmentsinenhancinglodgingresistanceandincreasingyieldsforboth crops,which enhances crop lodging resistance,optimizes yield components,and ultimatelyleads to higher yieldsof both crops.
