Abstract:Thecoordinatingpolutiondischargewiththecapacityof thewaterenvironmentinlakesontheYunnanPlateaus havere ceivedextensiveatention.BasedontheTMDLconceptandthefairnessprinciple,thestudyfocusesonYilongLakeinYunanProvince, constructedamethodsystemforpolltioncontrolzoningandloaddistributionofplateaulakes.Theresultsshowthatthedischargeandinflowof pollution load inYilongLakehave exceeded thetargetwater environmentcapacityofClassIVand Class II water quality,with CODpolutionloadoverloadbingparticularlyprominentTherearebviousdiferencesbetweenpointsourceandnon-pointsourcello cationandreductionamountofeachcontrolunit.Chenghesub-basincontrolunitplaysacrucialroleinbasinwidefortstowardscontrolingpllutionnditspltionreductionsouldfcusonothpointsourceandnonpointsou,hiletheotercontroluitsfocs ononpointsuceltioductio.TelaductoprsuillfurtrcreaseinClassIwateualitrgesa
