Abstract:Inthisstudy,themaize,whichservesasthemaincropattheimplementationsiteoftheCCUSproject,waschosenasthe research object.A pot experiment was carried out with the aid of a CO2 leakage simulation device to explore the impacts of CO2 leakage on thebiomass,espiratiointesityivesityndomuityscturefsilcrorgasmsinezospereofeesuls showed that with the increase of CO2 concentration,the carbon and nitrogen insoil microbial biomass and the respiration rate of soil microorganismsfisticeasedndtendecreaedTeactealdivesityindexsodtrendofrstecreasingtheniceasingde decreasingagain.TheidentificationofthemicrobialcommunityindicatedthattherelativeabundancesofAcidimicrobiumfeoidans, Acidobacteriumand Lysobacter niastensisincreased with the increase in CO2 leakage.In the future,the increase in the relative abundances ofthesethreemicrorganismscanbeusedasabiologicalmonitoring indicatorfortheleakageofgeologicallysequestered CO2 :
