Studyon Detection Method of Di（2-ethylhexyl） Phthalate in Surface Water

Abstract：Thisstudyestablishedtwoexperimentalmethodsofliquid-liquidextractiongaschromatogaphymasspectrometryexternalstandardmethodandsolidphaseetractiongaschromatogaphmasspectrometryintealstandardmethod.Teeractioficiencyoftwopretreatmentmetodsforextractingdiethyexyl）phthalatefromsurfacewaterarecomparedTerecoverisofliqud -liquid extraction and external standard method were 78.6%～107% and RSD was 6.9%～9.7% .Solid phase extraction was used for quantitative determination by internal standard method，pyrene - D10 was used as the substitute，chrysene - D12 was used as internal standard. The recoveries ranged from 84.1% to 88.7% ，and the RSD ranged from 5.6% to 7.3% .The recoveries ranged from 91.5% to 96.6% ，and the RSD ranged from 4.8% to 6.7% .Theadvantages and disadvantages，detection limits，relative standard deviations and precautions during the experiment were compared by experiments.
