Study on Heavy Metal Pollution and Migration Characteristics in Soil-Tea Systems of Mountainous Tea Plantations

Abstract:Duetotecomplexparentmateralofsoils,severesoilrosionandimpropruseoffertlersandpesticides,otain ousteaplantationsfaceissofeavymetalaccumulationndteaualtyonces.Tisstudyivestigatesheavyetalpoltioadmgrationcharacteristicsinthesoil-teasstem.Fieldsamplingandsamplepretreatmentwereconductedtodeterineheavymetalcocentrationsandcalculateboththepollutionload indexand migrationcoeficients.Results indicatethatAs,Ni,Cd,and Hg are the main heavymetalpolutantsintherea,withhigherconcentrationsbservedinteesteChina,eachingmedumpllutionlevels.Teigration coefficients followed the trend of soil-to-root > soil -to- stem > soil-to-leaf,suggesting that heavy metals are more readily transferred from soil to plant roots and subsequently transported to stems and leaves.
