Abstract：The"PolutionPreventionandControlBattle"isoneofthethreemajorbattesidentifiedbytheCPCCentralComitte andrepresentscrucialdecisionthatbenitsboththecountryandthepeople.Withtheongoingadvancementofthe"BlueSkyProtection Campaign，"thYangtzeRiverDeltaregionhassignificantlyimproveditsirqualityinecentyearsthroughjointpreventionandcotrol efortsandthestablishmentoflongtermregionalcoperationmechanisms.BasedondatafromtheAnnualEnvironmentalStatisticsRe portsonFixedPlutionSources，thisdyalysteevelopmenttredsofiroltionsourcesinBaoanDistrict，aguring thel3thFive-YearPlanperiod.Theresultsshowthatmajorairpolutants inBaoshan-sulfurdioxide，nitrogenoxides，andparticulate matter-have all shown a significant downward trend，decreasing by 91.4% ， 15.6% ，and 74.9% ，respectively.Emissions from industrialanddomesticsourcesintheregionhavedropedconsiderably，whilemisionsfrommobilesourceshavecontiuedtorise.
