Abstract:In the process of monitoring CO2 concentration in mainstream flue gas,the high temperature and high pressure state will causeadecreaseintheperformanceofthelaseranddetectorndfecttheabsorptioncharacteristicsofgasolecules,esultinginan increase in measurement errors.Therefore,a mainstream flue gas CO2 concentration monitoring method based on TDLAS technology is proposed.BycombiningTDLAStechnoogyandWMStechnology,highprecisiongasconcentrationinformationcanbeobainedyutilizing changes in vibration energy levels.At the same time,a mainstream flue gas CO2 concentration monitoring system was designed based onTDLAStechnology,andpressrecompensationascariedoutonthemoitoringresultsofcarbondoxideconcentrationtoachieveo nitoring of mainstream flue gas CO2 concentration. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately monitor the concentration of carbon dioxide in mainstream flue gas,with a detection accuracy of 98% .At the same time,the lower limit values for concentration measurement are all below 100ppm .Capable of high precision and sensitivity.
