Current Status and Investigation Necessity of General Wetland Resources in Agricultural Areas After Delineation of "Three Zones and Three Lines"

Abstract：The"ThreeZonesandThreeLines"policyisacrucialregulatorytoolforoptimizingthespatialdevelopmentandprotectionofterritrallandGeneralwetlandsinagicuuralaeas（toeticludedintholgicalprotetiondine）facessof croachmentandegradatiouetogriculturalexpasionTistudynalyestedistrbutioandecologicalfunctiosofgealetlands inagriculturalareasandexploresthenecesityofconductingresourcesurveys.Thefindingsrevealthatsuchwetlandsacountfor 18% of China’stotalwetlandrea，primarilyistributedinthemidleandlowerreachesofteYangtzeRiver，theNortheastPlainndoth gions.Howeverherologicalfuctiosavesicantlyeclinedueticulturalevelopment，oveseofateresoced suficientmanagementUilinghghesoutionremotesensingandfieldsurveystostablisharesoucebaselinendaseeolgical valuecanprovideasientificbasisforwetlandconservationandruralecologicalrevitalization.Thestudrecommendsaceleratinge sourcesurveys，stablishingatieredprotectionsystem，andpromotingecoagriculturalmodelstoachieveabalancebetweenwetland conservation and agricultural development.
