Abstract:With thewideapplicationofpolymerdrivenoil technologyinoilfielddevelopment,thescaling problemof polymerbearing wastewaterisbecoming moreand more prominent,andseriouslyafectsthe heattransfer eficiencyandoperational safetyofheat exchangerequipment.Inorder tosolvetheproblem,atestplatformforinvestigatingthescalingcharacteristics of polymer-bearing astewaterandultrasonicanti-scalingwasestablished.Theefectofultrasonic wavesonthetheremovalof polymer scaleonthe surfaceofplateheat exchangersand its impacton heat transfer performance were explored.The results showthatthereisaninflectionpoint intheeffectof HPAMmassconcentrationonpolymer-containing solution fouling,and the increaseof temperature exacerbatedthescalingofthepolymer-containing wastewater.Theincreaseof theconcentrationof mineralsubstances inthesolutionreduced thefouling tendencyTheapplicationof ultrasonic waves significantlyreducs the presure lossoftheheat exchangerand improves the heat transfer powerandcoeficientofheat transfer.Especially when the ultrasonic frequency and power reach 50kHz and $4 0 0 ~ \mathrm { \textW }$ respectively,the descaling effect and the enhanced heat transfer effect achieve the best.
