Abstract:Aimingattheproblemoflowdrillng eficiencyinlonghorizontalborehole,adual-pistonaxialoscilltiondragreduction tool was proposed.Basedonthe groundconditions,these parameters of thistol,includingthepressuredrop,axial displacementandoscilltingacceleration,were testedunderdifferent inputflowrates.Accordingtoengineeing background, Theinternalworking mechanismofthisdual-pistonaxialoscilationdrag reductiontool was studied,suchasestablishing the axial pressuredropcalculationmodels,deducting theaxialdisplacement modelofdamped elasticrodwithspecifiedexcitation,analyzing theelatioshpsbetweenpressuredrop,axialdisplacementandflow,anddiscussngthedynamiccharacteristics.Theexperimentalresultsverifiedthecorectness oftheory models,andthenumericalinfluenceofinputflowonpressure drop,axialdisplacement,frequencyandaxial force.Theresultsshowthatthe working frequencyis positivelycorelated with theinputflow,and thesmallertheinputflowrate,thelessimpactithasontheoscillting force.Theapplicationof this innovative toolcanreducethefrictionbetweenthebottmholeassembly(BHA)andtheboreholewall,andimprovethedrilling efficiency.
