碳钢在原油-薄水膜体系中初期腐蚀行为研究

Abstract:Intheprocessofcrudeoilstorageandtransportation,theoil-watercoexistenceenvironmentformedbythegradual precipitationof tracewatercanlead tothecorosionofcarbonstelmaterials instorageand transportation facilities.Inthis paper,thecommonlyused Q235carbon stelinoil and gasstorage and transportation systems was taken astheresearchobjecttonvestigateitsinitialcorrosionbhaviorinthecudeoil-thinwaterfimsystm.Asetofcorrosionexperimentaldevice thatcanpreciselycontrolthethicknessof thinwaterfimandcrudeoillayerwasdesignedandconstructed,andcoosionexperiments were carried out under diferent thin water film thicknesses(1Oo,3O0,5O0,and 1000μm )and crude oil layer thicknesses(1,2,3,and4cm)basedonthis device.After theexperiment,corosionparameters suchas thenumberof pits,pitdepth,surface roughnessand pitvolumeof the specimens weredetermined usingawhite light interferometer.The resultsshowthatthedecreaseof thethin waterfilmthicknessandthecrudeoillayerthicknesscansignificantlyaggavatethe corrosion.Thestatisticalanalysisshows that thedepthof thepits is normallydistributed,andthemeanvalueofthedistributiondecreaseswiththeincreaseofthethinwaterfilmandthecrudeoillayerthickness.Thethinwaterfilmmainlyacelerates thecorrosion processbyconcentratingcorrosivesubstancesand enhancing theionmasstransfer,whilethecrudeoillayer mainly inhibitscorrosion indirectly by restricting the diffusionof oxygen into the thin water film.
