基于多重定时截尾数据的FCV供氢系统设备可靠性建模与维修优化

Abstract:China'sfuelcellvehicle industryisininfancy.Whileitholdsgreatprospects,thereistheproblemofrelatively weak researchonequipmentreliabilityand maintenance strategies.Asynergistic algorithm integrating improved Bayesianand least squares was proposed to solvethe problemof highlyreliable multiplecensored estimationtherein,whichwascapableof obtainingbothpointestimationand intervalestimationinaunifiedframeworkandverifying itsusabilitytrough experimental simulations.Thecoling circuit fanof theFCV hydrogensuplysystem was taken asanexample for engineeing application. Theresults indicatethattheoptimal theoretical inspectionandmaintenancetimeof3667h isquantitativelydetermined,and the lower confidence limit is estimated to be 22O5 h with an improvement of 19% compared to the MLE. The accuracy,robustnessand rationalityof the proposed methodare verified through the experimental simulations andcaseanalysis.
