Abstract：Globally，thereareapproximately58millionindividualsliving withchronic hepatitis B（CHB），resulting inabout1.1 milliondethsannuallyduetohepatitis-relatedcirhosisandhepatocellarcarcinoma.Datafromthe United Statessuggesthat theactualburdenofinfectionaybeashigas1.8million，witharoundhalfofthoseinfectedremainingundiagnosed.INovber 2025，the American AsociationfortheStudyofLiverDiseases（AASLD）and the InfectiousDiseases SocietyofAmerica（IDSA） jointlyreleasedanupdated practice guidelineforthe managementofCHB，which wasdeveloped basedonprevious guideline recommendationsandthelatestevidence-basedresearch.Thisarticleprovidesatranslatedsummaryofthekeyrecommendations from this guideline.
