Abstract：Biliarytractcancer（BTC）isatypeof tumorwith highinvasivenessand heterogeneity，anditsincidencerateis increasingyearbyyear.Inrecent years，withthebreakthroughsintargeted therapyand immunotherapy，aswellasthe wide applicationof genetictestingtechniques，thetreatmentofBTChas evolvedfrom traditionalsurgeryandlocaltreatmentostageof thecombinatioofultiple treatmentmethods，providingmorereasonableandeffectivetreatmentregimensforpatientsatdierent stages.Thisarticlereviews thecurrentevidence-basedmedical datainthetreatmentofBTC，analyzes the curent statusof treatment，and discusses the future development directions of BTC treatment.
