Abstract Since the implementationofthe "Regulations onthe Administrationof Pesticides"andthe"Measures forthe Administrationof Pesticide Business Licenses"in 2O17，Kaili Municipality has significantly enhanced the standardization level of pesticide business management through measures suchas improving the licensing access system，strengthening the supervision system，and promoting green preventionandcontrol technologies.The practical experiences of pesticide operation and management in Kaili Municipalityare systematically sorted out，the existing problems suchas thelagging electronic ledger management and the uneven qualityof practitioners are analyzed，and combined with the advanced experiences of other regions，countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as improving the access mechanism，promoting digital management，and strengthening the standardization constructionof stores，with the aimof providing references forestablishing along-term mechanism fortheoperation and management of pesticides and ensuring the green development of agriculture and ecological security.
