AbstractIn light of the practical demands forthe high-quality development ofthe river and lake chief system and riverandlake management inthenew stage，theconstructionandappicationof digitaltwins intheriverandlakechief systemand riverand lake management are discussed，theconstruction ideas and contentconcepts of digital twin rivers andlakes in Ningxiaare proposed，toprovide forward-lookingand scientificguidance for theconstructionofdigital twinriversandlakes，and promotetheapplicationof digital twin technologyintheriverandlakechief system and river and lake management business.
