温室气体浓度检测的玻璃瓶存储时间探讨

Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoevauatethtabilityofgrenouseassampleconcentrationsdurinlongterstorageinglassialshich willhelpensureteaccuracyofeasurementresultsorglassvialsstonggreousegsstandardsamplesatdiferentcoctrations (rangingfromO.8tmsto3Otimestheatmosphericbackgroundconcentration)andwithsealsmadeofchlorobutylrubbersubjectedto to30punctures,the concentrations ofthegassampleswere measured seven timesoveral2O-daystorage period usingagas chromatograph.Theresultsshowedthatedeviationingrenhousegascocentrationswasinfluencedbythecombinedefectsofstorage time,sample concentration,and the number of punctures.For carbon dioxide ( CO2 )samples,it is recommended that the storage time should not exceed 14 days to ensure a concentration deviation of less than 2% .If the storage time exceeds14 days,the deviationincreases to 2%-5% ,andstorage beyond90daysis notrecommended.Methan(CH4)samplescanbestoredforupto3Odays to maintainadeviation of less than 2% ,and up to 12O days to maintain a deviation of ⩽5% ,with higher concentrations showing better stability.Nitrous oxide(N2O) samples can be stored for up to 14 days with a deviation of less than 2% ,but the deviation increases to 2%-5% if stored for 30 days,and storagebeyond6Odaysisnotrecommended,especiallyforhighconcentrationsamples.Toensuredataaccuracy(deviation <2% ),itis recommended to analyze CO 12 and N2O sampleswithin14 days,and CH4 sampleswithin3O days.Based on the recommended storage time,it is suggested that the number of punctures in the glass vials should be fewer than 20.
