玉米叶片对不同粒径降尘中重金属的富集特征

Abstract:Toivestigatehowtheparticlesizefectstheaborptionofheayetalsbycropleaves,weconductedanexposureexpint onmaizeleavesbysimulatingatmospricdustfalfromminingreasoiltoaalyethetsofparticleszesongrowhandayetals accumulationinmaizeseedlings.Theresultsshowedthatatthearlystageofmaizegrowth,smallparticlessignificantlyinhbitedmaize plant height and aboveground biomass.Additionally,under the exposure treatment of large particle size ( <2mm ),maize leaveshad the highestretentiorateofhavymetalsinparticulatemater.Thecontentsofcadmiu(Cd),arseic(As),lead(Pb),zinc(Zn)adpr (Cu)inheabovegroundpartsofmaetreatedithdustfallwere4.05-45,.42-.58,11.05-9.61,2.50-4.12tsand1.44 timeshigerthantoseoftheontrol,espectively.Havetalsinmospericparticulateatercanbetansferedfrooldavsto newleaveaferbeingabsorbedbymaize.ThecontentsofCd,As,Pb,ZnandCuderivedfromatmosphericparticulate materinthenew leaveswere1.20,1.53,1.11,1.11timesand0.56timeshigherthanthoseintheoldleaves.Moreover,scaingelectronmicosoe observationsrevealedthatparticlescontainingheavymetalstendtogatheraroundthestomataofmaizeleaves,furterconfirmingthat maizecanuptakeheavymetalsbyinterceptingatmospericparticulatesonleaves.Thisstudysugests tattheparticlesizesigiicantly affects the interception and adsorption of particulate matterand the absorption of heavy metals by corn leaves.
