不同类型土壤调理剂对土壤-水稻体系中Cd迁移转化的影响

Abstract:Toexploretheifluenceofdiversesoilconditionersonthemigrationandtransformatinofcadmium(Cd)withinthesoilrice system,acontroledpotexperimentwasimplementedThisstudycomprisedfivedistincttreatmentstwoinorganicsoilconditionr treatments(ISCandISC2),twoorganicsoilonditioertreatments(OSC1andOSC2),andablankontrol(CK),withnadditiateof (204号 2% foreach.Thestudyinvestigatedtheeffectsofvarioussoilconditionersonsoilphysicochemicalproperties,Cdspeciatin,Cd concentrationifntpsflantsdctdtasotoftsndepesofCdbstodsp genesinricerootsthroughoutthegrowthperiod.Theresultsshowed thatcomparedtotheCKtreatment,allfoursoilconditioners significantly reduced the Cd content in rice grains( P<0.05 ),with reduction rates of 37.82% (OSC1), 68.21% (OSC2), 69.14 % (ISC2),and 83.96 % (ISC1),resptively.Atceaurityogaicndganiconitiossiiicantlyireasedsilpby9-9itsd soil organic matter content by 31.90%-45.58%(P<0.05) respectively, compared to the CK. They also tended to transform the more active Cd nsoil towardssidualandogaicalloudfosrespectively.organiconditionersadageateripactonCdtrasprtwiin riceplantsandteexpressnofCdabsorptionandtrasportgnesthanorganiconditionersTesudydemostratesthatothianic andorganicconditionersreduceCdontentinicegrainsbydirectlyorindirectlyafectingsoilphsicochemicalproperties,soilCd bioavailabilityandCdabsorptionandtransportwithinriceplants,tusachievingremediationandmanagementofCdpolutioninpddy fields.
