Abstract:Torevealthefetsofcontiuouscroppingwithplasticfiulchingonsoilnmatodecommuitiesstructureincotonfields,soilsampleswrecollctedatO,5,1,OdyearsfroLnouBow,anasCountyinjang.hesoil'siccal propertieswereaalyzed,andsoilnematodeswereisolatedandidentfied.Teresultssowedatwiththeincreasigofontiuous cropingwithsticulcgars,ilpantlycreadtteoflcaterifaleaddl available potassium content significantly decreased.Helicotylenchus was the dominant genus with 39.31%-69.87% abundance in the compositionofsoilnematodeommunitis.Theainutritioalgroupsofsoilnematodewereplantparasitesandbacterivores.Inefst5 yearsfoneingsteadntlddaeoflatasiticatodsinileaddgdall withthe extension of continuous cropping years.The abundance of plant parasites nematodes reaches its highestpointof 74.38% in the 30th yearofcontiuouscroppingyears;howeveracterivorousematodsshowedanoppositetrend,reachingtheirlowestpoinof 19.90% ( inthe3Othyearofcontiuouscoping.ComparedtoteabundanceofHelicotylenchusnematodesinuncultivatedwasteland(Oyars)and soil withcontiuouscropingfor5years,theabundanceofHelicotylenchusematodesinsoilwithontinuouscropingfor3Oyears increased by 56.98 % and 56.19% ,respectively.Soil available potassium content,soil pH,soil organic matter content and soil water content werethe mainenvironmentalfactorsaffctingthecomposionofnematodecommunitystructure.Theutritionalgroupsofnematodeswere closelyelatedtoolacaterMaturitdexofrlvgatodesM),ndmatodeati).olae contentwasmainlydecomposedthroughbacterialpathways.Thesoilenvironmentinthewastelandwasstronglydisturbedbythe continuouscroppingmeasuresofmulchng,whichhadasignificantimpactonthecommunitystructureofsoilnematodesintefifthear. Withtheincreasfotiuouslcngyeas,tesoilfdbadualld,ndterucedndtrengthdfdbdaly stabilizedandmatured.Fromtheabove,itcouldbeconcludedthatthechangesinsoilnematodecommunitisndutritionalgoupsould be wellappiedtoevaluatethedisturbanceoflong-teulchingcontiuouscroping easuresonsoilhealthinfarland.Thisstudy contributedtoamorecomprehensiveunderstandingoftheimpactofmulchingcontiuouscroppingonsoilhalthincotonplanting n Xinjiang.
