稻田-虾塘循环模式对其水质及水体微生物群落的影响

Abstract:ToelucidatethecharacteristicsofwaterqualityandmicrobialcommunitiesinLitopenaeusvannameicultivationunder integratedriceshimpsystems(IMRS)andmonoculturesystemsinsaline-alkaineconditions,watersampleswerecolectedfromIMR pondsandshrimpmonoculturepondsbetweenJune4andSeptember20,O23.Comparativeanalysesofaquaticparametersandmicobal communitycomposionandfunctionalitywereconducted.Theresultsdemonstratedthatduringthecultureperiod,theaverage concentrationsof TN,NH -N,NO-N,NO 2 -N,TP,and COD in the IMRS pondswere reduced by42.65 % , 51.37% ,42.89%, 57.40% 28.85%,and 32.37% ,respectively,compared with thecontrol ponds throughout theculture process.IMRS ponds showed significantly enhanced microbial ∝- diversityand richness relative to controls.The dominant bacterial phylainboth the IMRS ponds and control ponds wereFirmicutesroteobactera,Cyanobacteria,andctiobacteria.MRSpondsdisplayedsignficantlyigherelativeabudacf ProteobacteriaioctedcteotaAtuvel,sobctedoedidease showedreducedabundanecomparedtoontrols.Functioalaotationevaledsubstantialincreasesinchemoeterotrophicndobi chemoheterotrophic metabolicpathways inIMRS pondsduring mid-latecultivationstages,significantlyexceedingcontrolevels( P <0.05). Redundancyanalysis(DA)identifedTN,TP,salinityandNH4-Naskeydeterminantsofmicrobialcommunityvariationotably supplementationwithefetiveicroorgansmsehancedstructuraloptimizationofaquaticmicrbiota.Icoclusion,theslilkalie IMRS effectively improves water qualityand sustains the homeostasis of theaquatic environment during theculture period.
