新型植物源叶面阻控剂JS-01降低水稻镐积累的作用

Abstract:Toexploretheregulatoryefectsofanovelplant-derivedfolaretardant(JS-O1)ontheaccumulationofcadmumCdiice grains,thisexperimentwaonductediperealareasoficewitheesiveCdlevels,uchasZhejiang,HunanndJangiusing smallplotexpements,gefeldexpeents,nflddmostratiostoeasureteCdtentinriousgasoficeesuls indicate that in small plot experiments( 30m2 per treatment),compared with the control(sprayed with water),the Cd content in the roots, stems,and leaves of rice was reduced by 43.96% to 77.68 % 38.20% to 75.64% ,and 33.74% to 56.68 % ,respectively,and the Cd content inbrown ricewasreduced by 24.72% to 89.95% .Inlarge field experiments conducted across six different regions with various rice varieties (1.33hm²pertreatment),afterspraying JS-O1,thereductionratesofCdinbrownriceforearlymidle,andlatericewere 42.86% and (204号 72.41% ,63.89% and 69.44% ,and 32.37% and 50.30% ,respectively.In large-scale field demonstrations(6.67 hm² per treatment),where JS-01wascombinedwithonventionalpesticidesandtreateduniformlybydrone,theCdcontentinbrownricealsomettheational standards(GB2762—2O22)andwassuperiortothetreatmentwithsilicon-basedfliarretardantsalone.ThestudyshowsthattheCd contentinbrownricemetthentionalstadardrequirements,ndtetreatmentwithJS-OlsignificantlyreducedthetranserofCdfrom roottoshootndsultediepaetalatioofsoCdingetieosetreaetitSidotted and agronomic traits of rice and saved a total of 31.2% in labor and pesticide costs compared to the use of silicon-based foliar retardants. Therefore,spraingJS-OlcanefectivelyreduetheaccumulationofCdinbrownrice,withbeteresultsthansilicon-basedfoliar retardants,and is convenient to useandcost-effctive,offering a promising prospect for promotion and application.
