Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatethetoxicologicalfectsof polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)componentsinpetroleumcontaminatedsilosloss,thissdyseedicoogas,ae,darthosoloalers.Thoif 16 PAHs(2.47 mg* kg-1 ),low molecular weight PAHs(L-PAH, 0.40mg⋅kg-1 ),and high molecular weight PAHs(H-PAH,2.07 mg. kg-1 ) in soil contaminated with a total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH)concentration of 13 g⋅kg-1 was assessed using flow cytometry and toxicologicalmethods.Aditionally,tepartialleast-squaremethodPLS)wasmployedtoexplorethetoxicitypathwaysofAHson diferencologalreps.ThsultssdatthulifunctioalityfslotamatedithL-AH,HAHd6Hsas 0.68,0.45,adO,espctivelyoparedwithansolsolultfuctioalityfO.54),H-Hand16sltionspiely reduced the multifunctionality of soil by 16.67% and 57.41% ,and L-PAH enhanced the multifunctionality by 25.92% . The 16 PAHs component pollution was the main reason for the decrease inmultifunctionality in 13g⋅kg-1 oil-contaminated soil.The biomarker response index(BRI)ofearthwosinsolotamnatedwith6AHs,H-PAH,andL-AHwas2.44,2.69,nd2.38,espctively.Had 16PAHsstresshadamoresignificantdamagingfectonarthwors.EachquvalentPAHcomponentsexhibitedtrongtoicfectson theactivitiesoflllidase(O),aseroidasedeas(U)nltteo PAHsonmaizegrowthwasnotsignifcant.ThePLSresultsindicatedthatPAHpollutantsafecttheactivityandsurvivalofeartoin soilbyaffctigsoilyicoicalproprtsndmicroalctivityichiuctsteuivalofarthwosintesoil.
