On the Digital Reform of Legal Education from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

Abstract： The development of new liberal arts has set a new direction for reforming legal education in the digital age.This digital reform must strike a balance between stability and innovation，while upholding fundamental principles such as preserving the distinctive aspects of Chinese legal content，leveraging digital empowerment，and strengthening ideological and political education in the clasroom. Additionally，it should also break new ground by cultivating a new generation of legal talent，utilizing digital tools to enhance teaching quality，and fostering interdisciplinary integration.For this reform to be successful，it is crucial to systematically address both the constant and evolving aspects of digital reform， and clearly explain the rationale and necessity of upholding fundamental principles while also breaking new ground to ensure that the reform aligns with the strategic requirements of the new liberal arts and effectively achieves its objectives.
