Guiding Principles and Practical Requirements for Cultural Development in the New Era

Abstract： Without cultural prosperity and vibrancy，there can be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Amid profound changes in the international landscape and at a critical stage in national rejuvenation，efforts in publicity，ideology，and culture must keep pace with the times，demonstrating a new vision and achieving new progress in an environment of both opportunities and challenges.It is therefore essential to vigorously advance cultural development in the new era，guided by the fundamental principles of strengthening cultural confidence，maintaining openness and inclusiveness， and upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground. These efforts aim to create a new culture that reflects the current times，write a new chapter of cultural prosperity，and renew the briliance of Chinese culture.
