高校教师弘道追求内涵及提升策略研究

The Connotation and Enhancement Strategies of Pursuing Moral and Intellectual Leadership in College and University Teachers

Abstract: Based on the roles and responsibilities of college and university teachers in today’s complex and evolving educational environment, this study examines the profound connotation and enhancement strategies of“pursuing moral and intellectual leadership”,a core aspect of the spirit of educators, which encompasses a global vision and a commitment to educating people through culture. This pursuit requires teachers to stand firmly with the people,possess a global vision,and demonstrate a sense of responsibility in educating people through culture. To achieve this,enhancement strategies should focus on three dimensions:1.“ Standing firmly with the people”requires developing ideological and ethical frameworks,engaging in educational practices,and conducting scholarly research; 2.“ Global vision” can be fostered through international academic exchanges and collaborations,curriculum reform in a global context,and technological and digital advancements; 3.“Educating people through culture” includes ideological-political education and value shaping,cultural heritage and innovation,as well as international perspectives and cross-cultural communication.
