Values, Logics, and Countermeasures for Integrating Ideological-Political Education into Management Courses in Local Undergraduate Universities

Abstract: Strengthening the integration of ideological-political education into curricula is crucial for fostering virtue through education. For management programs in local undergraduate universities to successfully cultivate applied management talents who understand,love,serve,and are dedicated to their local communities,it is essential to deeply comprehend the value of this integration. It involves grasping theunderlying logics of ideology,content,methodology,and characteristics,based on the institutional positioning and professional features of these management programs. This integration is a systematic project that requires effective measures in various areas,including enhancing planning,developing faculty, exploring ideological-political elements,and implementing evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
