Analysis of Defects in Stamping Forming of Automotive Top Cover and Mold Debugging Methods

Abstract：Thispaperconducts in-depthresearchonthedefectproblems thatoccurduringthestampingprocessofautomobileof covers.Firstly，abriefitroductionwasgiventothestructuralcharacteristsofcaroofcoversandtheprinciplesofstampingforing direction.Then，tecommondefectproblemsincarofstampingfoingwereanalyzedindetailndthecausesandeectofdifer entdefects wereclarified.Finaly，aseriesofmolddebuggingmeasures wereproposedfordierent defect problems.Research ConclusionsCantoprovidetchncalreferencesndpracticalguidanceforrelevantpractitioners，ndpromotethesustainableandhalthydevelopment of the automotive manufacturing industry.
