Abstract：BasedonthedataoflistedcompaniessuchasYingfengEnvironment，Fuluoma，andYutongHeavyIndustry，andcombinedwithpolicyandmarketdynamics，thispaperanalyzesthetransformationcharactersticsofthesanitationvicleindustryin024. Theresearchshows thattheindustrypresentsatrendof“stabletotalvolumeandstructuralupgrade”，withthepenetrationateofnew energyreaching 14.21% .However，it faces challenges suchas price wars，highaccounts receivable，and technological diferentiation. Leadingeterprsesbuildompeitivenes troughighndndintellgntdvelopment，hiletounty-levelarkendfuelel techologymaybecomebreakthroughpointsinthefuture.Throughresearchandanalysisenterprisesshouldstrengthentechnological colaborativeinnovationandbusinessmodeloptimizatiotocopewiththe"pain"oftransformatio.Thisanalysiscanprovidecertain reference for the future development strategies of enterprises.
