Abstract:Thesafetyriskassessmentofnewenergybatterylaboratoryisveryimportanttoensurethetestprocess.BasedonAHPBNcouplingmethod,afourdimesioalidexsstecoveringpersoel,quipent,vioentandaagementisostructed. Theanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP)resultsshowedthathepersonnelfactor(weightO.39)andthedamagedegreofsamplesafter testing(weightO.14)hadthemostsignificantimpactonthesafetyrisk.ThedynamicprobabilityanalysiscombinedwithBayesiannetwork shows that the probability of test safety risk is 24.73% ,in which the level of personnel operation,battery SOC status and safety awarenessaretekeyinfluencingfactors.Thismethodefectivelyintegratestheadvantagesofsubjectieandobjectiveevaluatioand puts forward targetedimprovementmeasures,suchasstrengthening persoeltraining,optimizingsampledetectionprocessandrealtimemonitoringofbatery status,whichcanprovide decisionsupportforthesafety management ofnewenergybaterylaboratory.
