Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofass productionofspacecraft，itisincreasinglyimportanttoegularlyidentifytherssofcomponentsuppliersandensure thesafetyofcomponentsuplychai.Thispaper establishesaquantifiablrisk evaluationidexsystemfor aerospacecomponentssuppliersfromtheaspectsf techology，personelquality，progress，finance，etc.andusesAHtoealie thequantitativeandhierarchicalmanagementofsupplierisk，soastoesurethestableoperationofcomponentssupplyhainBecause theautomotiveidustryisalsofacinghighelabilitydmand，suplyhaincomplexityndloalizationubstitutiopressre，itsspplerisk managementisiglysiilartoterospacefeld，sotanalytchierarchyprocesmodelproposdinispapercanbedect lytransferedtotheautomotivecomponentsuppliermanagement，providingauniversalsolutionforimprovingthetoughnessof the manufacturing supply chain.
