Abstract：Undertheguidanceof the"dualcarbon"target，thenewenergyvehicleindustryintheChengdu Chongqingregionhas developedrapidly，and thereyelingandutilizationofautomotivepowerbaterieshas becomeakeylink inthesustainabledevelopment of theindustryTisarticleaalyesthekeypoitsofmanagementforthrecyingandutilizatioofautomotivepowerbaerisithe ChengduChongqingregion，andconductsresearch fromthe dimensions ofpolicies andregulations，recycling system construction， technologicaliovationandmarketsupervisionBasedondetaileddata，tecurrentsitationndprobemsareaalyedandaeted managementstrategiesareproposed.Theaimistopromotethestandardizationandeficiencyofautomotivepowrbateryrecylingand utilizationinthChengduCongqingregion，promotetegenandealthdevelopmentoftenewenergyvehicleidustrydpro vide theoretical support and practical guidance for the coordinated progress ofregional economy and environment.
