Abstract：Thesteringmechanismofalighttruckisassembledfromcomponentssuchasthesteeringgear，steringrod，frontaxle jointarm，andsteringtransmissionshaft.esiedeviationandistalltiondviationaveanimpactandtereayalsoesoedeviationintheangleofthesteeringwelwhenthevehicleisinastraightposiion.Tisarticledeeplyanalyestheinfluencemeansm ofvarioufactors，xpoundstheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofsveralcommonlyusedsteeringwelcenteringmethods，andfinaly proposes thatdifferentialadjustmentassemblycaneectivelysolveteproblemofexcessvesteringheelcenteringdeviatiobydesigning different numbers of teeth on the upper and lower splines of the steering transmission shaft.
