Abstract： Selenium-enrich tea is an effective resource for human to supply selenium.The selenium in tea mainly comes fromsoil.Thereare significant differences in soil selenium content between diferent regions，resulting in significant diffrences in selenium content among tea leaves.The selection of tea cultivars，exogenous selenium application，soilmanagement，freshleafpicking，processng techniques，andother productionprocesses alsoafectthe selenium content in tea.Applying selenium fertilizer during the production process is an effective measure to increase elenium content，butitis necessary to strictlycontrol the concentrationand application time of selenium fertilizer to achieve the goal of safe selenium increase.This article summarized the impact of various measures in the production process on the selenium content of tea，inorder to provide reference for the sustainable，safe，stable，and efficient production of selenium-enrich tea.

硒是人体必需的微量元素，在人体内主要以硒代半胱氨酸和硒代蛋氨酸形式与蛋白结合存在，目前已知的人体内硒蛋白有25种。（剩余14774字）
