Abstract: Selenium-enrich tea is an effective resource for human to supply selenium.The selenium in tea mainly comes fromsoil.Thereare significant differences in soil selenium content between diferent regions,resulting in significant diffrences in selenium content among tea leaves.The selection of tea cultivars,exogenous selenium application,soilmanagement,freshleafpicking,processng techniques,andother productionprocesses alsoafectthe selenium content in tea.Applying selenium fertilizer during the production process is an effective measure to increase elenium content,butitis necessary to strictlycontrol the concentrationand application time of selenium fertilizer to achieve the goal of safe selenium increase.This article summarized the impact of various measures in the production process on the selenium content of tea,inorder to provide reference for the sustainable,safe,stable,and efficient production of selenium-enrich tea.
