混凝土内部深层小尺寸缺陷超声成像研究

Abstract: In view of the difficulty in detecting defects and smalldefects in concrete structures,two improved methods,attenuation compensation and dynamic trace alteration,are proposed.Firstly,a numerical model is constructed,and the attenuation function is established tocompensate theecho signal byultrasonicarray.Then the dynamic apodization weight coefficient matrix is established by means of pixels and the transmiting and receiving position of the transducer,and the synthetic aperture imaging is improved to realize the visualization of dep defects in the concrete interior. Simulation and experiments show that the improved SAFT improves SNR by 80.74% and 32.53% , respectively, compared with traditional SAFT, and the imaging energy is also greatly increased.Therefore,this method can efectively improve the imaging signal-to-noise ratio,identifythe location of smallsize defects in the deep concrete,suppress the noise significantly,and have a higher imaging effect.

混凝土内部空洞及不密实是混凝土长期服役性能变差的主要因素之一,如何在不损坏混凝土结构的前提下准确检测出其内部缺陷,是混凝土结构长期稳定服役的重要前提。(剩余9525字)
