基于热风洞的温度传感器动态特性测试方法研究

Abstract: Intake temperature distortion is one of thereasons afecting the stability ofaero engines.In order to guide the dynamic response characteristic test of temperature sensor for aero engine inlet, a set of heating wind tunel based on the principle of air compression was setup,and a setof ejection mechanism with performance indexes meeting the measurement standards requirements was designed.Based on this test platform, the study on dynamic response characteristic test method of temperature sensors was carried out.The influence of ejection mechanism on incoming flow rate and airflow state at measuring point was studied.The influence of baffle design,the time when bafle leaves the wind tunnel and the data processing procedure on the calculation result of time constant was researched.The results show that the ejection mechanism exerts litle effect on the results ofthe time constant, while the selection of initial point and end point during has a great effect on the calculationof the time constant.
