热转印系统色带传动张力的非线性控制研究

Abstract: To address the fluctuation of film ribbon drive tension during the transfer process of the thermal transfer system, the auto-regressive moving average (ARMA) model and dynamic matrix control (DMC) method are introduced to realize the nonlinear control of tension.First, the dynamic model of ribbon tension is established by studying the composition of the thermal transfer ribbon drive system.Then,a predictive control scheme for ribbon tension is developed by combining the DMC principle.By analyzing the source of tension disturbance,the ARMA model is introduced to predict the tension disturbance nonlinearly. The simulation compares the control performance efects of traditional PID, fuzzy PID and ARMA-DMC methods, and it can beseen that the DMC nonlinear ribbon tension control method combined with the ARMA model has beter stability,and ismore advantageous in terms of response time and anti-interference.Finally,thenonlinear predictive control experiment on the prototype machine verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis, which can provide a reference for the subsequent practical engineering applications.
