精铸叶片裂纹三维可视化及内腔壁厚测量研究

Abstract: Blade isoneofthe important parts inaero engine,and its internal defectswillseriouslyaffect the safety of engine operation.In this paper,X-ray CT system was used to scan and reconstruct the sample of a certain type of investment casting guide blade, and the crack measurement results of industrial CT and highprecision industrial camera were compared and analyzed. The results show that the measurement accuracy of the two methods is equivalent,and the relative error is less than 3.93% . Industrial CT technology can be used to visualize the blade casting crack in 3D.The crack length and crack volume measured by this technology are 37.72mm and 6.49mm3 ,and the crack volume accounts for 0.003553% of the total blade volume. The blade wall thickness ranges from 0.04mm to 6.79mm ,and the blade wall thickness is concentrated in 2⋅4mm and 6- 7mm ,and the average thickness of the internal reinforcement of the blade is 1.618mm .The research results can provide an effective measure for crack measurement in blade production.
